OEM’s pop up new age jargons like Industry 4.0, AI, machine learning along with a new fancy solution every day instead of focusing on the core products. Equipment designers are aiming to match industrial software pace to advancement in the mobile technology. Technology reached new pinnacles and so the cost to maintain highly complex electrical equipment like controls, excitation and protection systems.
OEMs are well positioned to address ever increasing demand on new and large projects with modern technology. However, operational plants are facing challenges in solving day to day issues. These issues arise due to obsolescence or lack of service provider’s interest and intent. Customers are entangled in chain of emails, meetings and assurances but no solution to their problems. Need of an hour was little extra attention and out of routine work by equipment expert.
Many a times we saw problems lingering for weeks, months and years in the industry. Therefore, we attempted to resolve some of the issues and were able to find solutions within hours or few days.
Lesson Learned
Problem resolution needed focus and time of an expert and so came the idea of Arjavin. Arjavin is a word in world’s oldest language- ‘Sanskrit’ and it means honest behaviour. The name was chosen to match our intent. We aim to offer solutions with honesty and straightforwardness. There is no hypocrisy, and all solutions are backed with best engineering practices.
Manufacturers see the opportunity of upgrades. Service providers see the opportunity of man days in such scenarios. However, we see the opportunity of problem resolution and becoming partner in the success and journey of customers.
